Right then, rugby league fans… THIS BALL IS IN YOUR HANDS!

Imagine this is the biggest pass in rugby league history. One ball. One sport. Millions of potential fans.

YOUR MISSION IS SIMPLE:

🏉 Tag a mate to pass the ball on.

🌍 Share this post to send it somewhere new.

📣 Challenge another rugby league fan to keep it moving!

But be warned: if you scroll past without passing it on, that's a knock-on, and you have let your sport and fans down.

It doesn't matter who you support; we all share one thing in common: a love for rugby league.

Let's take this ball from the terraces to the other side of the world. From the heartlands of the UK to our brothers and sisters in Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

Imagine if every fan helped introduce just one new person to our beautiful game.

How far can we get this ball to travel? 🌍

🏉 PASS IT ON. GROW THE GAME. LET'S MAKE SOME NOISE FOR RUGBY LEAGUE!

Well, we didn’t win last night, but I did win the flowers! 🌸😂

More importantly, I couldn’t be prouder of the Swan & Railway team for being picked in the Top 5 out of more than 100 businesses in our category. That is a fantastic achievement in itself! ❤️

But for me, the biggest achievement of the night was seeing how far Ali and Molly have come.

Ali has found her voice and grown so much in confidence, and Molly stepped up and did “Acting Landlady” on a busy night — not bad for an apprentice who, when she first started, it took me four shifts just to get her to take her jacket off! 😂❤️

There is no “I” in team, and we simply couldn’t run the Swan & Railway without every single person pulling together in the same direction.

I’m incredibly proud of every one of you.

We may not have won the award, but we’ve definitely won something more important — a brilliant team. ❤️🍺

Onwards and upwards! 🦢🚂
