One of the favourites from our Summer menu, super refreshing using a very tasty Haitian proof sugar cane rum with a subtle hint of star anise, sweet pineapple foam and fresh lime.

Discounted prices on selected cocktails tonight only for the Spirit Cartel event at 6pm, also some free tasters to be had if you're quick enough!
