It’s almost time… Pay It Forward Week starts THIS WEEKEND!

From 21st–28th March, we’re aiming to spread a little extra kindness in our community 💛

Need some inspiration? Here are a few simple ways to take part:

- Buy a coffee for the person behind you
- Leave a kind note for a colleague or friend
- Check in on someone you haven’t spoken to in a while
- Help a neighbour with shopping or errands
- Compliment a stranger
- Donate something you no longer need or just what you can

Remember that when someone does something kind for you, pass it on!
