There will be cakes and plants for sale as well as a raffle with lots of great prizes!

A stunning tale of friendship, love and envy.
Paul Cézanne and Émile Zola became friends as boys, sharing their hopes, dreams, curiosity and doubts. One rich, one poor, they left for Paris where they quickly became enveloped by the art scene of Montmartre in the 1860s. As their careers took different paths, Cézanne as a struggling painter, and Zola as a successful and famous writer, their friendship, philosophies, and lives were pushed to the boundaries of everything they knew.

Pop in this Saturday and bid in the silent auction for this fabulous print of the Mill House at Whitchurch on Thames by Chris Scoby-Smith. Chris creates collages of local buildings and views using mixed media. Her first collage titled Whitchurch Lock was exhibited at the Royal Academy London Summer Exhibition 2017. All proceeds to Sue Ryder Duchess of Kent Hospice

Based on the book by Jean-Dominique Bauby about his real life experience when, in December 1995, Bauby, editor-in-chief of fashion magazine Elle, suffered a massive stroke which left him a prisoner inside his own body, only able to communicate with the blinking of his left eye.
This is a truly amazing, unique film.
