HOWDY Y'ALL. We are super excited for tomorrows festival, here is some useful info for you to help on the day.

please consider public transport to get to us or walk and it eases congestion in the village.

We have some limited card facilities but we would encourage cash for speed and for our vendors

PARKING OPEN 12:15 - day parking ticket holders please follow yellow signs directing you to parking, please ensure you have your parking confirmation/ticket ready. **please note no parking in the village, this causes disruption to our neighbours and we have ample parking in the field so if you have not yet got a parking ticket but are planning on bringing a car, please get a ticket.

OVERNIGHT CAMPERS - 10am you can access your pitch, please do NOT follow the yellow signs, please make your way to the field next to the pub. **NO FIRES - i'm sure we all understand with the heat this would be mental so are not permitted at all.

VENDORS - those who are not setting up tonight, you can access the event from 9am

FESTIVAL FINISH APPROX 9PM - please leave the event quietly and respect we are in a lovely village.

WEATHER & OTHER - The weather is wonderful still however please wear sunscreen! you are of course welcome to bring festival chairs and parasols for shade, and of course water **please note no other drinks/alcohol or food is permitted into the event.
***please drink responsibly - after all we have little cowboys & girls at this family event and should be enjoyed by all.
