Today we say goodbye to the lovely Simone ☹️ as she goes on to work with her partner on their new venture! We will never be able to thank you enough for all of your help over the last year! I’m so pleased I Facebook stalked you after being told by a supplier how fab you are 😂😂

We wish you all the very best and are extremely sad to see you go but you will always be a part of the family.

John’s been flat out all weekend making sure your chips are spot on 👀

Every morning, he’s in early doing things the proper way – rumbling, cleaning and chipping our potatoes in-house to get them just right 🙌

No shortcuts. Just proper chippy chips.

And he’s already back at it again this morning…
