I honestly don’t know what I’d do without you. You’re not only an amazing girlfriend and the best mum, but you’re also the person behind so much of what makes Boxed Fresh happen. You’re there helping me day in, day out, supporting my ideas, keeping everything together and always believing in me.

This week’s Boxed Fresh menu is here and it’s giving proper comfort food without the meal prep boredom.

Think slow braised beef goulash with creamy mash, lemon garlic Parmesan chicken pasta, Cajun dirty rice, salt & pepper chicken chow mein and loaded Bombay potatoes with chicken pakora 🤤

Then we’ve got protein pots for the grab-and-go days, plus Banana Nutella Waffles AND Lemon Blueberry Curd French Toast for breakfast.
