Pork butt from using my wireless thermometer to make sure this cook came out absolutely perfect 🐖

This was smoked on my Classic II at 250f until 72 degrees and then wrapped in butcher’s paper and placed back on the smoker until 94 degrees internal and probe tender 🔥
