The glamour of wedding catering? 90% of it looks like this...
Behind every perfect gorgeous grazing table, and seamless reception dining is a lot of... well, incredibly boring, hyper-obsessive prep work. Being a one-woman show during peak wedding season means my glamour looks less like tasting wine and more like:
1. Count, recount, and recount again: Checking how many cubes of cheese and slices of salami per person on my spreadsheets
2. Staring at the dietary restriction list until they are burned into my retinas.
3.The temperature watch: Obsessively checking the weather forecast on my phone to ensure optimum transport temperatures!
It’s tedious, it’s unglamorous, and it’s completely exhausting. But doing the boring s**t perfectly is exactly how I make sure your big day goes off without a single hitch.
Now, back to my spreadsheets.
