4 years ago I left my job at the Monkey puzzle and opened my own bakery
I've catered for hundreds of weddings and events,

🍩Let's talk doughnuts 🍩

Our doughnuts are made in house using a Japanese milk bread enriched dough, think similar to brioche.

It's slowly fermented for soft, airy, fluffy results.
We gently fry them in small batches to get the perfect golden brown colouring and then they get tossed in caster sugar.

I've spent the last few months developing an old recipe I had when in college to get the perfect, most consistent results.

They're made in small batches, around 25 each time to ensure that they are all consistent.
