team I’m lucky to work alongside. Our amazing kitchen crew — Tom, Mark, Caroline, Rita, Kev & Charlie are the backbone of our food offering, delivering quality and consistency every day. And at the front of house, we’re proud to have a fantastic team including Karen, Mary, Claire, Lylla, Jasmine, Christine and Kerry, who help create the warm and welcoming atmosphere we’re known for.
