I’ve been trying to figure out how to get more people onto our dry ciders, and Kat hit me with some logic: "How are people meant to know we stock dry cider if we don't post about it?" Fair point, Kat.

While our fridge usually holds two medium/sweet boxes, we always have a proper dry traditional cider on tap, plus our fine ciders served in wine measures, which are often bone dry, wildly complex, and easily rival a great dry white wine.

We always do our best to stock high-quality gluten-free beer for our regulars, and Track Brewery has been making that job much easier lately. Mood Ring (4.9%) is a deeply refreshing NZ Pilsner dry-hopped with Motueka, giving it a signature mojito-like lime freshness and delicate herbal notes. Crisp, clean, and GF. (A quick reminder: always check the cans, as Track is not an exclusively GF brewery!) This one is waiting in the fridge for you!

One for the Nelson Sauvin fans. No Day for a Do (6%) from Rivington is a DDH IPA double-hopped entirely with standard and Cryo Nelson Sauvin. It showcases exactly what this hop does best: intense tropical and white grape aromatics, backed up by a soft body and a smooth, hazy finish. These are in the fridge now! In lovely big 500ml cans, too!

A beer that proudly defies the craft beer endless hazy IPA trope. We get stupidly excited about a proper malty lager, and this one will go fast. Tenement Bock (7.1%) is a Doppelbock from Simple Things Fermentations, brewed in collaboration with Glasgow’s Grunting Growler for their 10th birthday. Expect smooth layers of toasted bread, honey, toffee, and chocolate, balanced by a clean, crisp finish. Come grab a can!

Join us for our pub quiz. Entry is £2 per person, with a maximum of six people per team, and the winning team takes the entire pot.

The format features three spins of our quiz wheel, which includes a General Knowledge round, a Picture round, and an Audio round.
All of our quizzes are entirely written and produced by ourselves. We don't get an outside company in to write it; instead, you get the direct results of the chaos of mine and Kat's brains. It makes for a highly original quiz with ideas you simply won't see normally at other pubs.
