One great team member leaves, another returns.

As Cara heads off on her American adventure 🇺🇸, we’re delighted to welcome April back to bread&co.

April first joined us at just 14 years old and spent four years with the team before heading off to start her next chapter. Four years later, she’s back to help us out, and it’s safe to say we’re very pleased to have her with us again.

We’re going to miss Cara and wish her the most amazing time away, but it’s lovely to have a familiar face back behind the counter.

It’s definitely an iced matcha kind of day ☀️

With the warmer weather finally here, our garden is looking pretty perfect for a catch-up, coffee break, or slow lunch in the sunshine.

Tucked away behind the café, it’s a little hidden oasis — with sunny spots for soaking up the warmth and shade under the canopy when you want to cool off a little.

We’re open today & tomorrow from 9am-4pm.

Still a little in shock from last night…

I had the privilege of attending the Making of the — something I never expected to be invited to, and an experience I’m incredibly grateful for.

But what made the evening truly unforgettable was being honoured by the outgoing Mayor with the Golden Bear Award. To be recognised in this way, for contributing to the Warwick community, means more than I can properly put into words.

Warwick is such a special place, and to play even a small part in this community is a real privilege. This award isn’t just mine — it reflects the amazing people, connections, and support that make this town what it is.

A huge thank you to everyone involved, much gratitude to her year of contribution by the outgoing Mayor, Jackie D’Arcy, and congratulations to the new Mayor, Simon Pargeter. Here’s to everyone continuing to support and celebrate our wonderful community.
