After many, many attempts, I have had no luck acquiring the necessary permissions from Facebook needed to edit this current page to reflect the recent change of ownership and name change. What an amazing first day!! A big thank you to everyone who popped in to say hello! Can’t wait to see more of you throughout the rest of the week!

Facebook is however keeping me on my toes and won’t allow me to change our page name. So for all of you wondering we are officially now open as Lucy’s - Facebook is unfortunately just a bit behind on this one!

Unfortunately, we will be closed on Tuesday 1st April. HOWEVER, as of Wednesday 2nd April, we’ll be back open and officially under NEW OWNERSHIP.

We’re sorry to let you down this Tuesday but it’s all for a good cause…we’ll be busy perfecting and finalising our NEW menu, bakes & decor, as well as doing a bit of spring cleaning, ready to reopen on Wednesday!

As of Wednesday 2nd April new opening hours are as follows:
TUESDAY-FRIDAY: 09:00-16:00
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: 09:00-15:00

Exciting announcement 📣

After 3 years taking over this place I’ve decided the time is right to step away as it’s getting to the point it now needs more time putting into it with it being so busy.
It’s time to let someone younger with the passion and drive to take it to the next level 👌
So with that from the 1st of April the NEW OWNER of Bruche cafe bar will be our very own Lucy.
Lucy has vast experience working here and was here from the start.
I would personally like to thank all the vast number of regular customers and new ones for the support the last 3 years as you have made the place is it today.
I’m excited to see Lucy’s ideas for the future and the plans she has (anyone for Sunday breakfast 🍳)
I’d like to thank all the staff who have put a shift in over the years and there will still be familiar faces around the place.
I’m sure you will all wish her luck and carry on supporting her as much as you all supported me from the start.
