Although Xíu Mại doesn’t originate from Vietnam, it’s a popular street food we often enjoy at local fairs.

These tender dumplings can be enjoyed on their own or served in our fragrant Phở broth, creating a comforting, flavourful dish that’s perfect for cooler weather 🤤♨️

Martin grew up in Croft, and it's always going to be a very important place to us. Martin has attended the carnival all his life as both a guest and on the Croft Scouts stall back in the day! We're very pleased to be part of the 100 year anniversary for it. We are looking forward to seeing many familiar faces and having a few drinks afterwards! ❤️

What a great day! These guys at The Gasket ALWAYS seem to get the weather!! 😂 great coffee and cakes, amazing setup, fantastic crowd and stalls including Pedro's Parts (who we'll be working with shortly, more details coming soon...) and The Gasket's own ale brewed by Clay Brow Nano Brewery bring it all together.

Emma and Lee always put a huge amount of work into this event - it really shows. They're open Wednesday - Sunday every week, and we love visiting when we're off 😊💚

We got a special visit from Emma and Lee from The Gasket today! Lee has completed the build of his old school American muscle project car, and it looks and sounds AMAZING!!

It will be featured prominently, along with many custom bikes and lots of entertainment at their birthday bash on Saturday 17th May. We'll be there grilling and serving up our signature dishes too.

We've been attending for a few years now, and can say 1st hand that it's a great occasion for all - friends, families and individuals. There's loads to see, and the crowd here are always friendly and welcoming to all.

It's a very special event for us - Emma and Lee were the first ever to approach us about attending an event to serve our food, and they've become great friends since ❤️
