Mama Cupcake was created after my passion for cupcakes; all started after traveling around few countries. Being myself a dessert addict, I came across with fantastic treats; however, cupcakes became my top favourite one. I’ve been lucky to be in some wonderful high tea salons such as Canada, America, France and London; they treated me with unforgettable pieces of art. Once back home, driven by the

passion of those wonderful treats in my trips, I took a course in cake decorating. During that time I discovered I had an skill at cake decorating, it wasn’t hard work, I enjoyed decorating, in fact I found it relaxing and therapeutic

Years later, being settled down in Warrington the nostalgia of those sweet memories, made it hard to satisfy my cravings for cupcake; Perhaps, while being on holiday in some parts of the UK, I rarely came across with a great cupcake. ; I knew I would never visit those shops again I was just passing by. So I started my search for my perfect local cupcake shop to become a loyal customer. So I started off my quest to find the perfect cupcake shop, I knew the perfect one should accomplish my demands, I had high expectations on great taste to the palate, appealing to the eyes and an aroma that says “I taste amazing eat me” great was my disappointment to realise I have to content with the dull, monotonous supermarkets cupcakes or the doubtful taste of a random cupcake from a coffee shop. The perfect qualities in a cupcake I was looking for were lost and over taken by mass production. Perhaps My search to find the perfect cupcake collided with the reality that if I want the perfect cupcake I have to create it myself. At the beginning I bake them for home and family special events; resulting in the most magnificent unforgettable pieces of art. My quest of THE PERFECT CUPCAKE WAS ACCOMPLISH, it was in my kitchen all along, I created the perfect cupcake by MAMA CUPCAKE
