Today’s cake is a salted Carmel with a vanilla cashew layer it’s absolutely Devine 😋

It’s that time of the week again…

For the main… a roasted sweet potato and lentil Indian spiced curry with rice, tamarind, chili, garlic and ginger wee roasties with a mint and herb yogurt on the side as well as a fennel and cabbage pickle salad🙌🏼

And for the soup, a roasted butternut squash soup topped with a peanut and sesame rayu😍

And as always.. you can’t forget about the selection of salads😋
