We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our brilliant team here at The Horse & Groom, Wareham! 🩵
We’re a busy, independent, proper traditional pub where good food, good b**r and good people are at the heart of what we do — and we’re looking for someone who loves food as much as we do!
🍽️ What you’ll be getting up to…
• Preparing and cooking delicious, homemade pub food
• Keeping our food standards high and our kitchen running smoothly
• Working as part of a friendly, hardworking team
• Getting creative with specials for our ever-changing specials board
• Having a bit of fun with our food-themed events and seasonal menus
• Helping us keep the kitchen clean, organised and, most importantly, a happy place to work!
👀 What we’re looking for…
Someone with kitchen/culinary experience who is reliable, enthusiastic and takes pride in what they put on a plate.
You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy kitchen, be able to keep your head when the tickets start coming in thick and fast 😂 and have a genuine love for producing great food.
And if you’ve got ideas for specials, love creating new dishes and fancy putting your own little stamp on our menus… even better! 👨🍳🔥
