Gianfranco came to the UK over 30 years ago, leaving behind his family in the beautiful village of Ravello, on the stunning Amalfi Coast. A man who
discovered his passion for food at a very young age, becoming a fourth generation of restaurateurs, he is the creator of the extensive ZERO menu and the executive chef. His son, Stefano soon followed in his father’s footsteps and began working at the family restaurant at the age of 13 after school and weekends. He has the same passion for hospitality and has an extensive knowledge of fine wines; he prides himself in offering a high standard of customer service. After spending some time abroad working on other projects, they are excited to be back in the UK and in the beautiful town of Ware to launch ZERO, homage to their simple Southern Italian origins. Together they have created what they hope will be an environment suitable for everyone and all occasions.
