Cheers to river views, local brews, and great company! 🌞🍺🌊 The Saracens Head public bar is a delightful honey pot sun trap situated on the banks of the River Lea in Ware, Herts. Serves locally brewed award winning ales, as well as a quirky Camden Pale ale, lagers including Camden Hells Lager, ciders, wines and over 20 small batch premium Gins served with fever tree tonic. We have a lovely range of soft drinks as well including our Cracker Juices. Our Menu has an awesome range of food from delicious homemade pizzas (made in front of your eyes), succulent burgers, amazing hot dogs and some of our more traditional dishes like our mouth watering fish and chips food 12-8pm (Sun-Thurs) and 12-9pm (Fri & Sat). Provides conservatory dining area, disabled access. Welcomes families (late license to accommodate children). Large groups welcome & buffets provided (upon reservation), for celebratory events (birthdays, christenings etc.) Lets not forget about the opening of the hidden Cellar Bar that is great for acoustic music and perfect for private functions. We exclusively serve Porn Star Martini in the Cellar and also have a piano for anyone who can play to have a go on

Some goodbyes are harder than others 🥹❤️

Today we’re saying a very sad goodbye to our lovely Erin.

Erin, thank you for everything you’ve brought to our little team. From the hard work and busy shifts to the laughs and memories in between, you’ve been such a big part of our pub family and it really won’t be the same without you.

As sad as we are to see you go, we’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see what the future holds. Wherever life takes you next, we hope you know you’ll always have a place here ❤️
