Big news burger lovers! 🍔🔥

Starting Monday 19th October 2026, Sophie Sings Catering Co is kicking off an all-new evening pop-up! We’ll be serving up a rotating menu of our signature handcrafted smash burgers every Monday and Tuesday night.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s hitting the grill:

* The Classic Smash Burger
Double beef smash patties, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a smothering of our signature Big Wak sauce.

* The Big Fat Greek Smash Burger
2 lamb smash patties served in a toasted brioche bun, loaded with creamy tzatziki, crumbled feta cheese, peppery rocket, and red onion.

* The Jalapeño Popper Smash Burger
Double beef smash patties layered with Americana spicy cheese, signature spicy sauce, and whole jalapeño peppers stuffed with cream cheese & cheddar, wrapped in smoky bacon and baked until crispy.

All burgers come with crispy skin on fries and a drink.
