Our house ale, Brakspear Original Gravity, is now being brewed by our friends over at the HogsBackBrewery !
Once again - Brakspear Original Gravity - is being brewed with the traditional Double Dropping method that gave the b**r its distinctive taste and flavour profile
The traditional process involves transferring- or “dropping”- the b**r from one fermentation vessel to another during fermentation. It’s a method closely associated with Brakspear
