Assistant Manager – The Boathouse Café
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our friendly team at The Boathouse Café.

Nestled by the river, our café is loved for its warm atmosphere, great food, and loyal customers. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
The role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the café, lead and motivate the team, and ensure every customer leaves happy. You’ll work closely with the Manager, Viki to keep operations smooth and standards high.

• Proven experience in hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for great service and customer care
• Reliability and a hands-on approach
• Weekend availability is essential
