🔥 Introducing our Smoked Jerk Lamb Ribs 🔥
Seasoned in layers with our homemade jerk blend, left overnight to soak up every bit of flavour, then slow smoked until the meat turns tender and juicy. We finish them low and slow with pineapple juice and rich lamb stock to create ribs that are smoky, spicy, sticky and packed with Caribbean flavour. 🌴🥩
These aren’t your average ribs. The smoke kisses every bone, the jerk brings the heat, and the slow roast melts everything together into pure island comfort food. Served fresh off the jerk pan with that fire-charred finish that keeps everyone coming back for more.
