Hi everyone 👋 Just to let you know that we don’t have our own dedicated delivery drivers working with us anymore. For that reason it means we can’t do delivery on phone orders but only rely on online service. Recently we have received couple complaints about undelivered food which some didn’t even come to collect food from us but pretended the job was done and some came to collect but not delivered at all. These situations caused damages and frustrations to both customers and us and should be the online platform responsibility. We are so sorry for what happened and hope for your understanding as we couldn’t track the drivers after taking the food. We are still do phone order for collection and our suggestion is if it’s not trouble you too much, please call us on 0151 3454848 and come to collect at the shop. This will be a reliable, quicker service and tasty as always 🥢🥡 Hope today will be a great day for everyone. Koko
