We’re thinking about launching something a little different down at BenLee Lakes… 👀

Saturday afternoons — 3pm till 6pm 🎣☀️
A relaxed session aimed at helping anglers of all ages and abilities improve, learn and enjoy their fishing even more!

Whether you’re…

🎣 A youngster wanting to catch your first fish
🎣 A parent wanting to get the kids away from screens (yes… apparently fresh air still exists 😱😂)
🎣 Returning to fishing after a few years away
🎣 New to a certain style of fishing
🎣 Or just want a few tips to stop the fish laughing at you from under the water… 🤦‍♂️🐟

We’re looking at covering things like:

✅ Setting up correctly
✅ Different methods & tactics
✅ Pole, float & feeder advice
✅ Baits & when to use them
✅ Fish care & handling
✅ General hints, tips & confidence building

With Kerrs Angling supplying the knowledge, tackle & bait advice 🎣 and The Peg & Plate Cafe on site for a brew, breakfast or emergency “I blanked again” comfort food ☕😂

What are you doing on this lovely Father’s Day then? Sitting at home letting Dad “have a rest”… while he secretly wishes someone would feed him? 😏

We've got something for everyone. Whether a traditional cornish pasty is your thing or you fancy switching it up with a cheese and onion slice or maybe you just like a classic sausage roll 😋 we also have some new sweet chilli sausage rolls on the menu.
