GOOD AFTERNOON
IT HAS TAKEN ME A WHILE TO PUT THIS POST UP AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING MY BEST TO RESOLVE THE AWFUL SITUATION I HAVE BEEN IN.
AS MOST OF OUR CUSTOMERS KNOW WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS IN OUR BUSINESS FROM OTHER SURROUNDING BUSINESSES.
FROM A TAP IN OF THE ELECTRIC FROM A W**D GROW, TO CONSTANT LEAKS FROM THE BUSINESS OBOVE US.
WITH NO HELP FROM THE LANDLORD WE HAVE HAD TO PAY AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS EVERY TIME OURSELVES.
THIS TIME IT WAS NOT JUST A LEAK BUT THE WHOLE CAFE WAS FLOODED AND CONDEMNED.
AFTER WEEKS OF UPSET AND TRYING FOR THE LANDLORD TO HELP RESOLVE THIS MATTER.
HE AGAIN WILL NOT PUT ANYTHING IN PLACE TO SECURE THE CONSTANT PROBLEMS AND HAS TAKEN A CASH PAYOUT FROM THE INSURANCE HIMSELF. AND WANTS TO WHAT I BELIEVE MAKE IT OKAY TO OPEN BACK UP.
I CAN NOT TAKE THIS RISK AFTER ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAVE INCURRED DURING OUR TIME IN Cafe lounge 46 FOR IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN.
THE LANDLORDS RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM IS TO PUT PADLOCKS ON THE DOORS AND TERMINATE MY CONTACT.
IM SO SO SORRY TO ALL OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS
AND I TRULY THANK YOU ALL WITH ALL MY HEART FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT FOR CAFE LOUNGE 46
YOU ALL WILL BE MISSED DEARLY.
I am currently seeking legal advice so you never know. One day we may be back in another location but for now we wonβt be.
