We are an independent coffee shop with a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. At fortythree we stock Casa Espresso coffee, organic Cosy Teas. All our cupcakes, cakes, and sweet treats are homemade daily on the premises. Giant cupcakes, bespoke cupcakes and layer cakes are available to order. A light breakfast menu is available inc homemade granola, bacon sandwiches, scrambled eggs on toast etc. Come and try our freshly prepared sandwiches, paninis, salads and ovenbaked jacket potatoes.

🔈 WE ARE STILL OPEN AS NORMAL 🔈

So firstly we cannot Thankyou you all enough for your kind words and warm hearts, we are overwhelmed and we’re underprepared for how wonderful everyone has been to us! I’m just sat here crying in the corner every time I read your messages and comments😭 I am trying to get around to replying to everyone, but this might take some time ♥️

As promised we will be opening up THIS SUNDAY 5th, for a last full sitting of afternoon teas (we can still do a few during the week) AND our famous lockdown BRUNCHES!
To celebrate we will also be haveing some non-alcoholic bubbly for both sittings.

Here is the information below, please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

P.s. if you could please stop being so nice to us that would be great, thanks 🥹 (our poor eye ducts and sinuses can’t take it ♥️)

Hello to all our wonderful followers, friends and Fortythree family 🥹

It is with a broken heart that we have some news to share with you.

Fortythree Boutique, our baby, will be closing down permanently. This has been the hardest decision we have EVER had to make and my heart aches with sadness. However the current climate has unfortunately made our decision for us.

We really cannot believe how things have changed so quickly, we were in early 2020 (late 2019) planning and executing a large expansion.

Then, Covid.

Covid pulled the rug out from under our feet, which we just about scrapped through with the help of all of you (we will always be eternally grateful for 🥹) but now, The constant rising costs, which I am sure you have also felt, seem to be spiralling and our energy bills are something to be desired, to put it politely.

This ⬆️ and a mixture of personal reasons; health, family and new perspectives (Which we won’t bore you with) has all been a catalyst for what has been one of the hardest years of our lives. This is why we have had to make this horrible decision.

HOWEVER…. I want to stress this is not happening immediately, but the ball is unfortunately in play.

WE WILL BE OPEN AS NORMAL FOR NOW WITH MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW.

We want to thank each and every one of you for all your’ support and friendship over the 9 …. Yes 9 YEARS we have had here. It has been the privilege of a life time to be accepted in to such a beautiful and kind community and we are so sorry it has come to this, from the absolute bottom of our hearts.

With all that said I am now a hot mess and all I can say is keep an eye out on here for more updates and information , but we are currently STILL OPEN AS USUAL.

Our chewy gooey chocolate brownie, topped with chocolate ganache, with ruby chocolate (also baked into the brownie batter) finished with a whipped white chocolate buttercream and sprinkles.
