The curry pastes are pounded fresh, the sweet chilli sauce is made from chilli, garlic, sugar and vinegar — and that's it.
No shortcuts, no jars, no compromise.
It's the way Bpuu, Jom and Poj have always cooked. All three grew up with this food, and you'll find their own specialities woven through our ever-changing specials board — home recipes, regional dishes, the kind of thing you won't find anywhere else in Cornwall.
It means dinner here takes a little longer. We think it's worth the wait.
