Today at 1.22pm a woman came in to order food and tried to pay with a fake £20 note.
Not a very good fake but The hologram strip did peel off. Just a warning for other local businesses that they are doing there rounds.
Has been reported to the police

While cashing the till up this morning. I came across a fake £20.
To most of us we can tell which is the fake one and which is the real one but for some people it’s harder to spot.

JONS FISH AND CHIPS
Job Vacancy
We have a part time position which will be serving on the till and boxing up food orders and general duties in shop. Suitable for 15 years and older.
If you are older than 18 years old and already have cooking experience this could be beneficial.

The applicant will be given training
Must be able to work Fridays Saturdays and Sundays and possibly cover other shifts if needed.
Shifts from approximately 3.45-8.45 with other evenings to cover if needed and more shifts in holidays.
