Dear Uttoxeter

We apologise - we underestimated the level of support we would get from the local community - over a 100 orders in the space of 75 minutes - we could not cope as well as we wanted to.

We tried our best to satisfy but fully aware people had to wait longer than we would like.

The initial bedding in period is hard with new staff /new technology not being able to move around times / not being able to limit orders / Contactless / card payment not working all contributed to the sub par service.

We ask that you bear with us whilst we iron out some of the issues and give us a chance to make the service and quality to the level we want.

The 50% offer will continue until Monday as we have promised many customers already. We will limit orders and amend collection times.

Again we apologise and endeavour to improve further.
