Full time position
From £27,500 - NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
The Glen-Yr-Afon is a privately owned hotel. We understand that it is the staff who make a business successful.
Candidates will need to be flexible.
Work hours are based on a weekly rolling rota, including evenings and weekends, unlike many businesses, you will know your days off well in advance.
Based on full time – 40 hours per week, 28 days annual leave.
Part time positions are also available. 2 days/ 3 days/4 days per week - pro-rata.
Christmas Day and Boxing Day off..
Uniform and shoes provided

Preparation and cooking of fresh food and presentation of meals to a high standard, on a cook to order basis.

Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintain all company policies and procedures
Previous experience in a similar role
Good communicator, good team player
Food safety level 2 will be required, training can be provided
