This weekends delicious bakes 🤤 👇

All of our delicious bakes are homemade to ensure great taste and flavour with every bite! Sarah our co owner bakes all of the cookies and pastries fresh each morning and we use a local baker to bake our sponges, brownies and blondies. As a small independent business we are passionate about sourcing local high quality produce, meaning when you buy from us you are also supporting many other small businesses like ourselves.

As well as our sweet treats, we also offer homemade sausages rolls (baked by Sarah) and a selection of freshly made sandwiches by rackmcr with a choice thick sliced bread or focaccia they are seriously good!

Get out, stretch your legs and wonder on down to The Dog House within Urmston Eeasbrook Meadows. On your walk you will be surrounded by nature, horses, sheep and more! Many different walking paths to explore. Ask our friendly team for directions if needed.

As some may know one of our co owners Sarah sadly lost her mum in November after a very short battle with cancer.

Sarah’s son and his fiancé are running the Manchester marathon in memory of Sarah’s mum Karen. Sarah is so proud of all of the hard work and determination that Harvey and Grace have put into their training for such a worthy cause. Our little outdoor cafe is perfectly located in the middle of the very peaceful and tranquil Urmston Eeasbrook Meadows. Take a walk with friends and family, treat yourself to a pit stop. You can stop for lunch and grab one of our delicious sandwiches made fresh by hand by rackmcr and finish with one of our tasty home baked cakes! There’s something for everyone sweet or savoury! Happy Easter to you all, from all of us at The Dog House !

Don’t forget to pay us a little visit whilst you’re out on your Easter walk, you can make a cheeky pit stop and grab yourselves a treat! The walk around the nature reserve is particularly nice for the children. You can see the chickens, goats ducks. Not to forget the friendly horses and sheep along our lane.

We hope you all had a fabulous time during our Magical Meadows Easter Egg Hunt, I know we did! It was great to see so many new faces as well as lots of familiar faces! We can’t wait to see you all again soon!
