Scott Paterson & his partner Lorraine McAuley run the front of house and manage the Salt Marsh Kitchen. Jim Paterson is Head Chef and Tiffany Baker his Sous. We have a great team of waiting on staff and kitchen porters- A small but very efficient little group :)
