Meet the team!

This is Sam, the youngest member of our team.
Sam is currently studying physics, maths, economics and music at sixth form. On the weekends he’s working as a KP and cultivating his skills to progress within the kitchen. We know he will do wonderful things as he progresses, he’s already made some great burgers!

Fun fact: In his spare time Sam is a talented Mandolinist. 🎶
