🍄 **TRUFFLE WEEK AT LA SPIGA** 🍄

**12–15 November**

Something rather special is making its way into our kitchen…

For four days only, we’re celebrating the glorious **fresh truffle from Umbria**, shaved generously over dishes designed to let that unmistakable earthy, aromatic flavour take centre stage.

Think fresh pasta, butter, Parmesan, rich sauces and, of course, plenty of freshly shaved truffle. Simple Italian cooking, turned up a few notches.

No truffle oil. No shortcuts. Just the real thing.

**12–15 November · Limited availability**

🍄 **Reservations online only.**

Come hungry. Come truffle-obsessed.

Christmas came early this year. 🎄🍷✨
Tonight’s bottle: Ornus dell’Ornellaia 2014, Ornellaia’s rare dessert w**e crafted from late-harvest Petit Manseng grapes. Rich layers of honey, apricot, candied citrus, and tropical fruit are balanced by remarkable freshness and elegance.
A special bottle, shared with great company, and a reminder that some moments are worth slowing down for.
