I am Absoloutly blown away by the cards we received yesterday.

The words you guys wrote in them are beautiful and we appreciate you all.

It’s amazing to think back over the years and talk about how people met their partners here, went on to Marry and have children, or had milestone party’s here, even weddings.

Just listening to everyone’s stories of the pub and what it means to them is truly remarkable.

I think most people I spoke to have loved, laughed, cried and lost people along the way.

Even our beautiful Phats and Ruby were spoken about.

It’s been a pleasure serving you, drinking with you, and making life long friends… feeling very much loved today

THANKYOU… without you all we wouldn’t be here

6th October 2006 Billy & I packed up our lives in Hemel Hempstead and made our way to Camden Road to Run The Black Horse.

Wow what a journey we have had, Up’s and Downs, life changes for both of us, loved and lost the best pub dog EVER our Phats 🫶 But most importantly met the people we will be with for the rest of our lives.

For me that is Natty and For Billy that’s our Drew. We have made life long friends and I honestly can’t believe how fast the time has flown.

20 years you have had me behind the bar at The Black Horse. Thankyou for always supporting us over the years

Let’s show a little appreciation for this milestone today. 20 years T has been your landlady 🫪

I don’t know a kinder person and putting her heart, soul, life into this for such a long time.

Everything that happens in this pub is down to her. From The parties, events, new ideas, just everything, going to collect people’s shopping in town, keeping the pub literally how you like it. 👏🏾👏🏾

What a woman

Happy 20 years again (sorry took you to Jamaica 😉)
