Friends of The Cross Foxes: Trawsfynydd will be interested in www.row2inspire.com. Adam joined me and a crack team of cyclists to tackle in two gruelling days (I mostly drove the van) the Principality Stadium Cardiff to Murrayfield Stadium in 2023 for MND fundraising. Adam has climbed Everest, kayaked the Irish Sea and completed the Marathon Des Sables. Worth following, and next he is rowing alone across the Atlantic. Legend.
