Canapés old house…

I teamed up with at Greenway House for an event in remembrance of Agatha Christie, bringing a ch*****ne and canapé reception to her former home.

What an honour it was to be a part of such a memorable event, celebrating the legacy Agatha Christie and her contribution to the world of literature📚

What does Ryan Swift | Chef get up to when not at an event…?

What an exciting experience it was being invited to cook live on stage at Abbfest alongside so many talented chefs of the South West, we got to meet you and showcase our cheffing skills 🧑‍🍳

I did a live tutorial making a winter warmer; Fennel Sausage Ragu Parpadelle, showing people how some leftover sausages too much Parmesan and cream can be elevated into a 10/10 banger and recreated at home.

This dish was inspired from my early stages of my career and has been something i regularly cook for my friends and family ever since which always goes down a treat.

Abit more than a Spag Bol and abit less than a 2 Michelin star.

Thank you Abbfest! 🖤
