Max is one of the talented faces behind the scenes at Harbour 16, helping bring our dishes to life in the kitchen. From prep to plating, he’s part of the team making sure every plate that leaves the pass is up to scratch. 🔥

With 9+ years in the industry, Max loves what he does — and he’s a true master on the grill! 🔥🥩

It’s the little touches that create the biggest memories. 💛🎂

This week, we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special 80th birthday. The family brought in their own cake, and Sylwia helped create the perfect surprise by presenting it to the table before the team joined in to sing Happy Birthday. 🎉

Alongside the celebration, we also surprised the birthday guest with one of our signature Happy Birthday dessert plates—because every milestone deserves to feel extra special.

For us, customer experience is about more than great food. It’s about being part of the moments that matter and creating memories our guests will treasure long after they’ve left.
