💬 This week, we held an Employee Listening Session at our Tonbridge store.

It was a great opportunity to share ideas, listen to different perspectives, and get to know each other better. It’s important to us that we create a working environment where everyone feels heard, and we loved seeing the conversations and collaboration that came from the session. 💛

On Wednesday, we had a great time meeting members of the local community and showing our support. It was a fantastic opportunity to share the many career pathways available at McDonald’s, including our apprenticeship programmes. 🚀

💛 Last Wednesday, we took some of our star fundraisers to visit RMHC Tooting House 🏡✨

We spent time making bracelets and create-your-own flag kits for the children, a really special experience for everyone involved.

It was great for the team to see first-hand the amazing work the House does, and a chance for us to show our continued support. 🙌
