Lovely pub, lovely people!

Six months ago, they took a gamble on a pub many people thought was gone for good.

Now it's one of Tiverton's busiest social spots. 🍻🎶

The new owners left their jobs, took over an empty town-centre venue and hoped people would come back. What they didn't expect was packed music nights, new customers arriving every day and strangers becoming friends over a shared table.

In an age when so many pubs are struggling, this is a story about what can happen when a community gets behind a local business.

Meet one of the key ingredients behind our signature cocktail — St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur.

Made from freshly hand-picked elderflowers, it brings a light, floral sweetness with hints of pear, citrus and honeysuckle — the kind of flavour that lifts a drink without overpowering it.

You’ll find it in The Peryton — our house cocktail with raspberry vodka, cassis and Sicilian lemon, finished with candyfloss and a sherbet rim.

🔎 MURDER AT THE PERYTON 🔎

We're bringing a **professional, actor-led murder mystery experience** to Tiverton.

On Sunday 12th July, The Peryton will be transformed into the scene of a murder. Professional actors will guide you through an evening of deception, clues, interrogations and unexpected twists as you work to uncover the killer.

This isn't a board game or a quiz night.

Father's Day is nearly here, and we've got a few limited specials running all weekend at The Peryton.

🐔 **Korean Fried Chicken**
Crispy fried chicken glazed in spicy Korean hot sauce, served with traditional anchovy kimchi.

🌶️ **Padrón Peppers**
Blistered peppers on whipped feta with wakame seaweed and crispy onions.

🍄 **Kinoko no Miso Teriyaki**
Shimeji mushrooms in a rich miso-teriyaki glaze, served on a crispy noodle nest.

El-Tigre 🐟
A playful twist on a classic ceviche. House-pickled mackerel served with wakame salad and a vibrant tiger's milk made using locally sourced apricots and passion fruit from Root at Tiverton Pannier Market. Bright, sharp, sweet and seriously summery.

Blistered Padrón Peppers 🌶️
Charred Padrón peppers served over whipped feta, topped with wakame salad and crispy onions. Smoky, salty and packed with flavour.

Meet The Ne-Crow-Mancer 💀🌸🦌

Our entry for this year's Tiverton Scarecrow Trail has arrived outside The Peryton.

Part horned beast, part skeletal sorcerer, and covered in wildflowers, The Ne-Crow-Mancer watches over the harvest while commanding an army of crows from beyond the grave.

Keep an eye out for him as you explore the trail, and let us know what you think when you spot him!
