Due to a small (yeah right) plumbing problem, we will have to shut tomorrow through till Tuesday. Sorry to all, but we will be back with a functioning toilet and with more vigor next week!

So, our guest Irish baker is also our guest blues singer and we are having an impromptu blues night in the cafe tonight. Come down from 7.30 and bring some wine for a wee social evening!

It's our last month countdown everyone, so we are trying to fit in as many events as possible! Next week we have two- a movie night AND a Mixed Mezze Night. Come along to one or both, they will be lots of fun!

No wonder Hannah is having a wee break! This morning we made a pot of soup, roasted sweet potatoes, seasonal slaw, a tub of humous, roast aubergine tabouleh, pickled cucumber, baked 4 loaves of bread, one upside-down berry cake, one rocky road, a spiced chickpea salad, fattoush and a fried onion and feta salad! Espresso well deserved!
