We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable bar staff for several roles at our busy sports bar in the Central Hotel. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced venue serving customers during live sports, events, and busy weekends.

What you will do
• Serve alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to venue standards
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Use EPOS to take orders and process payments
• Support live sports events and busy match days
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Follow Challenge 25 and Scottish licensing rules
What we are looking for
• Minimum age 18 due to licensing law
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Confidence working in a busy bar environment
