Happy 1st August! 🌿 Where is the time going?!

We thought we'd use the start of a new month to introduce ourselves to our new followers and share a little of our journey as a 2 AA Rosette pub over the past four years.

Being awarded our first AA Rosette in 2021 was a dream come true. To then retain and build on that success by earning 2 AA Rosettes for the last four years has been an incredible achievement for our team.

We're so proud of how far we've come, and we couldn't have done it without the continued support of our wonderful customers and our dedicated staff.

We can't wait to see what the next few years have in store… watch this space! ✨

As some of you may have seen, we treated our amazing team to a summer night out on Monday to celebrate and thank them for all their hard work over the past six months. 🎉

There were definitely some questionable karaoke song choices, a few sore heads the next morning, and plenty of laughs shared along the way! 🍹🎤

We truly value our staff, and it's important to us that they receive the recognition they deserve.

Now we're back open in full swing and ready for the first weekend of the summer holidays! Our signature cocktails are waiting, the spirits are fully stocked, and the prosecco is perfectly chilled. 🥂

Don’t panic… the bar’s not run dry, and the chefs haven’t burnt the kitchen down! 😉🍻

We’ll be closed tomorrow as we’re treating our amazing team to a well-deserved summer day out to thank them for all their hard work over the last six months.

We’ll be back open as normal the following day, refreshed, full of stories, and ready to welcome you back with your favourite food and drinks.

Still haven’t made any plans for Dad this weekend? There’s still time to treat him to a relaxed meal and a well-deserved drink with family and friends.

While our indoor tables are limited, we still have a number of outdoor tables available on a walk-in-only basis. Whether you’re joining us for lunch, dinner, or just a few drinks in the sunshine, we’d love to help you celebrate the occasion.

Our outdoor seating is available on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure a table and avoid disappointment.

Gather the family, raise a glass to Dad, and let us take care of the rest. We look forward to welcoming you this Father’s Day! 🍻☀️
