Get ready for a spooktacular day at Haven! 🕷️🧡 We’re putting together a special Halloween party for our little monsters, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Every child will get their very own bag to decorate and take home!

Each little monster will receive a Halloween-themed cookie to pop in their Trick or Treat Bag — the first treat in their collection! 👻🍪

🕸️ Halloween-Themed Play Session
Our play area will be transformed with spooky Halloween fun for the children to enjoy!

Each child will receive a lunch box including a sandwich, snack and juice.

📸 Spooky Seasonal Photo Area

Since opening Haven Play Cafe, my camera roll has completely taken over my phone 😂☕📸

Gone are the days of holiday snaps and selfies... it’s now 99% coffee, cakes, brunch, smoothies and cute cafe moments. I’ve even had to pay for extra storage just to keep up! 🙈

But while scrolling through these photos, I realised there might be a few little clues hiding in there... 👀✨

✨ A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT OUR PLAY SESSIONS ✨

We’ve had a few questions recently about how our play area works, so we wanted to share a little reminder 🤍

Our play area runs on 3 bookable sessions every day, 7 days a week:

🕘 9am–11am
🕛 12pm–2pm
🕒 3pm–5pm

🎟️ Prices:
• Standard entry (1 child + 1 adult) – £9
• Baby pass (under 3 months + adult) – £4
• Additional child (3 months–6 years) – £4.50
• Additional adult – £2
• Sibling ticket (over 6 years) – £3

All guests entering the play area require a ticket, which can be booked via Bookwhen. Walk-ins are welcome only if we have availability.

We know sometimes families arrive expecting the play area to be open access, but we do have signs at the entrance and our team are always happy to explain how our sessions work. 🤍

As a small independent business, your ticket helps us cover the costs of running our play space: from toys and equipment, cleaning, staff, rent, utilities, maintenance and creating a safe, welcoming environment for your little ones. 🧸✨

To keep things fair for everyone, we’re unable to offer discounted prices for shorter visits or make adults free for some families but not others. Keeping our pricing consistent allows us to treat every customer equally and continue providing the experience we’re proud of.

You don’t have to stay for the full 2 hours, some families stay longer, some shorter, the session simply secures your space and helps us manage numbers so everyone can enjoy the play area comfortably.
