There’s something very British about a proper plate of fish and chips - and for , we’re celebrating one of the key ingredients.

Our fish is frozen fresh at sea, locking in quality and freshness from the moment it’s caught. It’s then brought to our kitchen, dipped in our rich Norfolk IPA b**r batter and fried until crisp and golden. 👌

We use MSC-certified sustainable fish, because great fish and chips should start with great ingredients and responsible sourcing.

From the sea to Norfolk, a British classic, done the Eric’s way. 👏
