Toby Carvery

Toby Carvery Here at Toby, we believe there's only one way to do our beloved Great British roast - and that's properly. That's what makes us home of the roast.

Established in 1985, Toby Carvery Telford celebrates the classic British roast with decades of know-how. Chefs start early each day, hand-preparing vegetables and slow-roasting select joints for depth of flavour and tenderness. From easy weekday plates to leisurely Sunday gatherings, this Telford spot brings families and friends together over comforting carveries, generous trimmings, and timeless puddings—all served with care.
