Throwback to seven years ago, a moment from the journey before Marez was born. This is Nihed, the spark, the spirit, the soul of Marez. With over 20 years in hospitality, he started at 16 and never looked back. Back then, it was just him, a counter, and a whole lot of belief. Today, it’s a buzzing brasserie, full of laughter, flavour, and stories shared over lunch. And he’s still right here, pouring his heart into every moment.
