Everyone wants the next best Michelin chef , the chef that cooked for so and so for 15 years… but do you know what… the food writers daughter is just as knowledgeable if not more. More skilled, more inquisitive, pushing flavours, not thermomix boundaries , and just using amazing and simple ingredients! Stop chasing the designer chefs and look for the ones who actually know their s**t.
